Meet the Photographer

Hello, my name is Heidi E. Russ!

I have loved taking photos since I was a little girl, but it really became a passion of mine after I lost my mom in 2019 following a battle with breast cancer. I know how fleeting life can be, and I want to help my clients capture moments in their lives that can be cherished for years to come.

These photos carry a story of love, pain, passion, anger and forgiveness. No one knows what happened behind the scenes nor would they understand unless they are told by us. Yet through all of it what is captured is love, joy and happiness. They will forever hold a special place in my heart. So again, obsessed doesn't even come close to it!

I didn't really know what it meant to capture a moment until Heidi took my pictures. My wedding photographer didn't really even capture the moment. Her pictures showed me things about myself that I had not seem before, or that had been missing for a long time. The gentleness of my hands. The joy in my heart.
